MEET THE TEAM
Grace Gillett
Pelvic Health + Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Grace graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She has worked in both private practice and hospital settings with a caseload of women’s health, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic clients.
Grace has always had an interest in working with and supporting women throughout different life stages, and has pursued a career doing just that. She enjoys empowering women during pregnancy to remain active and strong, prevent or manage pregnancy related concerns and prepare for childbirth. Grace equally enjoys supporting women in their motherhood journey and navigating postpartum challenges or concerns, and assisting women to return to exercise safely. Grace also enjoys helping women to improve their pelvic health concerns at any stage of life including pelvic pain.
Grace uses a supportive approach when discussing her client’s concerns and develops collaborative and evidence-based treatment plans in alignment with her client’s goals. Grace’s treatment style includes hands-on therapy, massage, education and exercise therapy to achieve client goals. Grace is passionate about breaking down the barriers and stigmas surrounding pelvic health concerns and fostering an open dialogue that encourages understanding and support within the community.
Having grown up in Jerilderie, Grace is aware of the challenges rural women face in accessing health care and is excited to have returned to the area to provide a high quality service to the rural community of Deniliquin and surrounds.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time on the farm in Blighty with her fiancé George, their 2 dogs, family and friends.
